</strong><br />
Reclamebureau MUSE in Amsterdam is op zoek naar mensen die in augustus mee kunnen werken aan een multimediale campagne voor Samsung Mobile. </p>
<p><strong>Jij bent iemand die:<br />

bij voorkeur ervaring heeft met het schrijven van blogs,<br />

natuurlijk woest aantrekkelijk is.</p>
<p><strong>Wat ga je doen? </strong><br />
Aangezien de campagne nog geheim is, kunnen we niet teveel loslaten over wat je gaat doen. Wat we nu al wel kunnen vertellen is dat je wordt ingezet om te schrijven voor een campagne voor Samsung Mobile en dat dit op diverse plekken gepubliceerd zal worden. Je reist hiervoor naar diverse locaties in Nederland en gaat ook op pad naar grote (muziek)festivals. Wij regelen een kaartje, je werkt een paar uurtjes en mag daarna ook genieten van het event. Natuurlijk zullen we je vooraf uitgebreid trainen, en krijg je volledig inzicht in hoe de campagne gaat werken. </p>

In late May, Samsung was the first to introduce a commercial 3D projection in the Netherlands (<a href="http://muse.nl/blog/2010/05/samsung-gives-famous-historic-dutch-building-a-new-dimension-with-3d-projection/">see our post</a>), adding a whole new dimension to the historic Beurs van Berlage building in Amsterdam. Starting June 7th, this projection is now integrated into the first <a href="http://bit.ly/a65yPz">game-take-over on YouTube</a>. At first, it appears as if a normal video of the projection is being shown. That is until the YouTube page cracks, butterflies start flying out of the projection, and the new dimension of Samsung 3D takes over the page.</p>
<p><strong>YouTube game-take-over</strong><br />
It is the first time that a worldwide YouTube game-take-over is introduced on YouTube, whereby the video content is brought to life, allowing the user to interact with it. On the Samsung 3D branded channel, visitors can play a game where they must click on as many butterflies as possible, giving them a chance to win a Samsung 3D LED TV.</p>
<p><strong>From outdoor to viral to interactive viral</strong><br />
The campagne started with an outdoor event, with the projection being filmed by many viewers. Countless videos have been seen all over the world, forwarded from person to person, and placed on numerous blogs. Samsung has now added an extra dimension to this viral by making it interactive with the YouTube game-take-over. </p>

<em>Outdoor has always been an important medium for Samsung. With the projection on the historic Beurs van Berlage building in Amsterdam, this medium has been employed in a thoroughly new and innovative way. The additional use of numerous social media and mobile has made the Samsung 3D Event and its corresponding viral video a global success. It fits Samsung’s innovative character to now make these viral videos interactive with the YouTube game-take-over, thereby adding a fresh dimension to the Samsung 3D campaign.</em></p>

<p>At the SpinAwards 2009 - the most important interactive awards in the Netherlands - MUSE Amsterdam received a <a href="http://spinawards.nl/Archief/case/1167/Appie_van_Albert_Heijn/">Golden SpinAwards for Appie</a>. The mobile app for Albert Heijn was the only nominee in the category &#8216;mobile&#8217;. Next to the Golden SpinAward, MUSE Amsterdam was nominated for best interactive agency. </p>
<p><strong>The jury said (Dutch):</strong><br />
&#8220;De jury van de categorie mobiel was unaniem in haar oordeel. In de breedte was dit jaar iets minder dan de voorgaande jaren maar gelukkig was er wel 1 parel tussen. Minder kwantiteit, dezelfde kwaliteit.</p>
<p>De winnaar is Appie van Icemobile.  Innovatief in het meenemen van de gebruikerssituatie, diverse nieuwe functionaliteiten, zeer klantgericht (user centered design) en prettige user interface. Met Appie zijn mobiele apps eindelijk tot de gewone man doorgebroken. Simpel, duidelijke use case, functioneel en entertaining. Wij denken dat deze app een impuls zal betekenen voor de gehele mobiele markt: hogere budgetten voor hogere kwaliteit apps.</p>
<p>Appie vormt 1 van de normen in de huidige NL mobiele sector. AH heeft een historie in NL om cultuurveranderingen te versnellen, deze app zou hier ook weer een voorbeeld van kunnen zijn.&#8221; </p>

One of the ladies points her Pixon 12 and shoots a high quality photo. After she made the photo, she stands next to you and shows you the result on the screen of the Pixon 12. She tells you all about the 12 Megapixel camera of the phone. You look at the stunning result on the phone and suddenly the two promo ladies step aside and reveal the Mega-posterimage of you on a Digital panel. That is so cool! The ladies ask you to pose in front of the panel, they make another photo and mail it to you with the Samsung Pixon.</p>

A built in internet connection allows connected viewer&#8217;s to go online without missing their favorite shows. </p>
<p>Muse Amsterdam created an interactive demo showcasing the LED TV&#8217;s Internet@TV feature. This includes widgets that allow on-screen acces to <a href="http://twitter.com/samsungled">Twitter</a>, Flickr, <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVW3XQ8eYYA">YouTube</a> and more. An embed code is provided specially for bloggers: by placing a simple snippet of java code in their sites a unique rich media presentation can easily be offered to their audiences.</p>

During the celebration of Queensday 2008 Dutch partygoers used their mobile phones to stream live video to the biggest videoscreen in Europe using LiveCastr. A specially designed Soul-branded gadget on social networking site Hyves allowed participants to show their videos to their online friends.</span></p>
<p><span>The event campaign was commisioned by Samsung Electronics Benelux B.V. and created by media communication agency <a href="http://www.starcom.nl/"><span>Starcom</span></a>, mobile service agency <a href="http://icemobile.com"><span>Icemobile</span></a>, <a href="http://cheil.com"><span>Cheil Worldwide</span></a> and MUSE amsterdam.</span></p>
<p><span>The Festival of Media Awards global awards programme is designed to reflect the radical changes taking place in the communications business and are held in Valencia, Spain on 19-21 april 2009.</span></p>

<p>The campaign we created launches this month for trade with the consumer campaign following in August 2009. It aims to expand the knitwear brand throughout Europe and further position it as a premium quality cashmere brand. The campaign incorporates magazine ads, catalogues, brand-book, mood-film, and online strategy with a new website.</p>

<p>We choose Doutzen Kroes to follow in the footsteps of Teri Hatcher as the new face for Repeat for the coming seasons. In recent years she has worked for Victoria’s Secret, L’Oreal, Calvin Klein, and has graced the cover of Vogue among many others. Doutzen was photographed by Alexi Lubomirksi. He was at Mario Testino&#8217;s side for 5 years before going solo and working for brands as Vogue, H&amp;M and Valentino.</p>
<p>Muse arranged an interview with Doutzen on the set of the photoshoot. PR agency Fuse sent the exclusive to Dutch show &#8220;RTL Boulevard&#8221;. After that many other European stations also aired the item. Doutze can also be seen in the <a title="Doutzen Kroes Seduce Your Skin cashmere video for Repeat by Muse Amsterdam" href="http://muse.nl/repeat-doutzen-kroes/">&#8220;Seduce Your Skin&#8221; video for Repeat</a>.</p>

When the installation touched by the users hands or when someone leans against the screen the simulated liquid will move around them as real water would. Virtual life-forms will appear in basins and plants will grow where land (lines) and water meet. If the water is stagnant it will even become clouded and discolored.</p>

<p>LiveCastr is among the 50 selected nominees for the Media &amp; Communication Innovation Awards. This year the &#8220;Blue Tulip&#8221; will be awarded for the second time.</p>
<p>Through <a title="LiveCastr - Live Will Never Be The Same" href="http://www.livecastr.com">LiveCastr</a> people can broadcast live video directly from their mobile phones to the web, allowing their online friends to follow them from any event, anytime, anywhere. The live video can be viewed on the LiveCastr website or on a LiveCastr player that users can place on their personalized profile page on their favorite online social network.<br />

The Blue Tulips - both jury awards and the peoples choice award - will be handed out October 23th in <a title="Pakhuis de Zwijger - Amsterdam" href="http://www.dezwijger.nl/">Pakhuis de Zwijger</a> in Amsterdam. Last years winners where <a title="Hyves.nl always in touch with your friends" href="hyves.nl">Hyves.nl</a> as most innovative company and <a title="Sellaband" href="sellaband.com">Sellaband</a> as most innovative concept. Ikoptv (me on tv) was the winner of the peoples choice awards.</p>
